My lovely week off work is now over and it’s back to reality – and a busy time at work – for the last few weeks before Christmas. Although things are inevitably going to step up socially, I still want to take the opportunity to keep up healthy habits as much as I can. I read a few articles about skipping over the weekend and decided to pick up this Nike ‘Speed Rope’ on the way home from work tonight so that I can give some routines a go. The only thing I am still trying to work out is whether I’m going to be able to skip in my garden successfully; it’s very dark in the evenings and rather small!


Does anyone have any good skipping workout links to share?
