In a bid to try and keep our lunches healthy and at the same time interesting and filling, Dan has rustled up a batch of this chickpea, chorizo and cabbage soup that we first tried a few weeks ago. We’ve tweaked the recipe by adding in some passata to make the soup itself less broth-y and a bit more substantial, but a portion still comes out at just 269 calories, and it’s hearty enough that you don’t need bread!
