I’m one of those lucky people who has never really had a problem with sleep, but find articles like this one in the current issue of Zest magazine fascinating. Unfortunately, by tapping away at this blog post on my iPhone just before I go to sleep, I am totally messing up the recommended bedtime routine the article advocates. Given that I’m struggling not to drop off and thus drop the phone on my face (we’ve all been there), something tells me I should be OK anyway.
