One of the things that I have found most challenging about my healthy eating and fitness mission is the low-level but constant standard of organisation that is required to keep it on track.  From making sure my trainers are always in my bag ready for a lunchtime walk around the block to the (surely) hours I spend washing and chopping fresh fruit ready for packed lunches and snacks on the go.  Earlier this evening whilst I was making my salads for the next two days at work, I realised that I had inadvertently made an out-of-order traffic light sequence with my vegetables, and thought it was too pretty an accident to ignore.
